B*R*A*I*D

Its been a long time since I did any ';proper' art so I'm gonna start doing portraits, uploading them on here so I can see if I'm getting better or worse...with faces it seems to start off swimmingly, an then end up like a completely different person.
I have drawn Angelina Jolie and Rorschach recently, both look like people but not who they are, which is quite annoying.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong! Baaaad technique I guess!
